Danish industrial distributor and sourcing and services company Solar A/S is facing an increase in the demand for punchout capabilities towards their customers.
When introducing Optimizely as their Customer Experience Platform, Solar wanted to find a commercial, and fully native, punchout add-on for Optimizely. This instead of adding 3rd party solutions or investing resources in developing their own bespoke solution and handling the ongoing maintenance tasks of such a solution.
Solar choose the Shopspray Digital Ordering Platform. Shopspray gave Solar the needed digital ordering (punchout) capabilities within the Optimizely Commerce framework and the ability to personalize punchout sessions to specific customers.
